I primarily support solopreneurs, small businesses, consultants, and marketing agencies who need professional marketing expertise without a full-time commitment.

I intentionally scale back during school holidays, but most work can be scheduled or prepared in advance. This sustainable approach ensures you receive consistent support while respecting work-life balance.

Both! I provide flexible support options including project-based work, monthly retainers, or ad-hoc assistance depending on your specific needs and budget.

For most services, I can begin within 1-2 weeks of our initial agreement. For urgent projects, please contact me directly to discuss availability.

While having brand guidelines is helpful, it's not essential. If you don't have formal guidelines, we'll have a detailed discussion about your brand voice, visual preferences, and audience to ensure consistency.

Most packages include 2-3 rounds of revisions. I welcome clear, specific feedback to help refine the work to exactly what you need.

Yes! I'm experienced with most common marketing platforms including Canva, WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Mailerlite, Mailchimp,  Later, Hootsuite, and many, many more. If you use a specialised platform, I'm also very quick to learn new systems.

My 20+ years of marketing experience both agency and client-side gives me a strategic understanding that goes beyond task completion. I've also worked across various marketing and advertising disciplines including PR and Creative agencies so I don't just execute tasks—I bring ideas, recommendations, and a comprehensive marketing perspective to help elevate your business.
